FEXCO Merchant Services (FMS), part of the FEXCO Group, was setup as the umbrella brand of FEXCO DCC, FEXCO Bureau de Change, FEXCO Giftcard and FEXCO Consumer Sales Tax Refund Services in 2006. However the products within FMS have been established products a long time before this.
Our Bureau de Change Service has been the marketleader in the provision of Bureau de Change services since its start in 1981. FEXCO now operates an extensive network of agents throughout Ireland, the UK and Malta, the majority of in-store bureaus are operated for client companies by FEXCO, and trade under the FEXCO corporate identity.
FEXCO Giftcard provides a highly focused Gift Card solution to better address merchants needs and add value to their business. Our giftcard service is developed in conunction with our partner, Card Commerce who are a market leader in the delivery of Pre Paid solutions.
FEXCO Taxfree, offered in co-operation with Global Refund, offers consumer tax refunds to international tourists visiting Ireland throughout our extensive network of participating retailers in Ireland.
FEXCO DCC was the inventor of Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) in the mid 90s and was the first company to bring the product to market in 1996. Today FEXCO Merchant Services is the market leader in the provision of DCC.
